Leviticus 4:4-6

⁴ “He is to bring the bull to the entrance to the Tent of Meeting, into the Lord’s presence, where he is to lay his hand on the head of the bull and slaughter it in the Lord’s presence. ⁵ The anointed priest is to take^[a] blood from the bull to the Tent of Meeting. ⁶ The priest is to dip his finger in the blood and sprinkle some of the blood seven times in the Lord’s presence in front of the curtain of the sanctuary.
